Just to get 2010 caught up I'm just going to do a brief of all the things that happened since the last post.

First of all Kevin had his 4th grade Christmas program in which he had a speaking part. He's a natural actor. Someday they'll make a movie of him!

Today is the first day of Thanksgiving break and what started out to be a rainy cruddy day has turned into a winter wonderland. My kids took advantage of the snow. Korbyn lasted about 15 minutes and came in for some hot chocolate and cookies. Kevin & Kailey stayed out and attempted to make some paths in it. Why they are using there heads I will never know!

We have been having some very mild weather lately. Even though you won't hear me complain about it we have had some things going on the you really NEVER see in the month of November. Like mowing the lawn. Usually that task is easily done by the middle of October and playing in water and ice without a shirt on. It's crazy to see the kids still wearing shorts and flip flops when we should have snow!!!!

As we all know Halloween was kinda drug out this year with technically 3 days to celebrate (which we took full advantage of...of course). My kids went trick or treating 3 times this year and let's just say by the time the actual day rolled around we were Halloweened out. This year Kevin was Joe (a pharmacist), Kailey was the cutest black cat around, Korbyn was Thomas the Train (I was informed by my sister that it was really James the Train but don't tell Korbyn), and Kyson was Chewbacca but we lovingly dubbed him Cry-bacca. For those of you who know him you can guess why. :^)

Korbyn is moving ever upward in toddler-hood. He's had a big year with some huge accomplishments. Namely potty training and becoming a big brother. My little sweetie is now the big 3. He is the most loving, cuddliest boy around!! Love you buddy!!!

Gwen and I wanted an excuse to dress up and be even crazier than normal....the solution....a Halloween party of course. We invited our neighbors & people from our ward. It's amazing what a little make-up and a change of clothes can do to say our Elder's Quorum President or our Ward Mission Leader! hahaha We can always count on our friend's to have a great time and make us laugh untill we (almost) pee....hmmmm 3 bathroom noises please!!!! Thank's guys for making our party a success. Untill next year!!!!

Conference weekend

Everyone had probably heard (and are sick of it) how much I miss Boise and my friends there so, we planned a trip to go visit them over Conference weekend. We had tons of fun with them and there kids. Joe and Andrew got to have some guy time at Men's Conference and Amy and I got girl time after. The cutest thing was watching our kids together. It's amazing how they can go so long not seeing each other and not miss a beat when they see each other again.

There are also advantages in having your best friend be a photographer. Love you Amy! She took birthday pictures of Kailey, Korbyn, and Kyson while we where there. I have to say the results are fabulous!

On our way home Sunday we stopped for a breather in Twin Falls and we got to see some parachuters jumping off the bridge. Highlight of the drive for sure!

Kailey is such a helper. She got roller skates for her birthday and Korbyn was so jealous. She said that's OK he can use mine. She took it upon herself to show him how to do it. She even made sure he was properly protected. She also attended the Hillcrest cheer camp and now she wants to be a cheerleader for sure. I have to say she was super cute out there. As soon as the music started for her dance she started shaking her booty!!!

In September we attended the Shelley Spud Day for the very first time EVER! I know you are thinking "you have lived in Idaho Falls your whole life, how could you possibly have missed that?" Simply because I've actually really never been to Shelley. It's kinda just a town to pass through to get to the next bigger town. Anyway my friend Gwen is from there and she invited us to come. We got to experience an actual demolition derby and truly had a blast and got to get our "hillbilly on".

Meet Gordo...our new kitten. Ever since Tora (our old cat) has been gone my kids have begged and pleaded for a new pet. Our Aunt Millie's cat had babies sometime in June and my kids have been pretty insistent on having one of her kittens. They each had one they loved the most picked out. Yes, I caved and the result....Gordo. It means fat in Spanish. He's very lovable and nice. He climbs right into Kyson's lap and doesn't mind at all when Korbyn hauls him around like a sack.

A word to the wise-when you plant a garden be prepared to some canning. So far I've been lucky (or chicken) enough to never have to can anything by myself. This year? No such luck. It seems all my canning partners were already up to there elbows in projects. So, after taking VERY careful notes from Millie and toting her canner home I set off to can beans, ALONE. I was convinced something was going to explode on me but, I came out with 17 pints of perfectly canned beans. Only 1 didn't seal. YAY me!!!!

The long awaited day has arrived!!!! As of August 31st Kailey is in 1st grade and Kevin is in 4th. That means I am down to only 2 kids during the day. I do have to say Kailey was more excited than me for the big day. Why? you ask. Simply because she gets to eat lunch at school! It's been a huge dream of hers since she found out she wouldn't be eating it in kindergarten. We woke up bright and early and did Kailey's hair sooo cute, looked out the window and this is what we saw......

Yuck! What a cruddy first day! I wasn't able to go to the school to take pictures of them standing in there new class lines (because of the 2 little ones and the rain).

Kevin has started flag football again. He's pretty much the only 4th grader still playing due to the fact his mom is a scaredy pants and refuses to put him in Grid Kids. This will be the last year he will play flag then I have no choice but to put my tiny baby boy in full on tackle football. sigh. I do have to say he's pretty much a rock star though. He's awesome!!!!! He's the one with the black hat on.

After many, many, many, many (I could go on but, you get the point, right?)years of Joe and our friend Chris going to rock concerts and NEVER thinking of asking me if I would like to go, I finally convinced them that I needed a night out. Chris bought tickets for the 3 of us to the Rock the Falls concert at Sandy Downs. The line-up was Kip Winger (who?), Royal Bliss (from SLC but very much not Mormon), Warrant (heard of but have no idea what they sing), and Cinderella (Yikes). What was I doing here? Aside from all the drunks and having no clue what these people were singing, I had a great time. I threw myself into it and pretty much made a fool out of myself but I'm pretty sure no one else was sober enough to care about let alone remember the crazy lady so, all's well that ends well.

When you get to my age (32) you pretty much write off your birthday. I never would have thought in a million years my husband was planning something spectacular for me. He had his mom all set up to watch all 4 of the kids and we went to Lagoon. We made it to Utah on Sunday the 15th and we wandered around Temple Square. This is my most favorite part of the whole thing. You can feel the Spirit so strong here.......

Then on the 16th we hit Lagoon. Joe took some pictures of us on the rides.

Our friend Chris recently turned 35. Not over the hill by any means but he has been telling us for years that he only plans on living until he's 70. If you know Joe you know that he would NOT let the half way mark go by unnoticed. Or let an opportunity to embarrass Chris pass by. With the help of Chris's parents and our friend Neal we planned a surprise party. Joe and Neal made a FULL sized coffin for him. They even stuffed and lined it....they didn't want our dearly almost departed friend to be uncomfortable! After the initial anger wore off I'm pretty positive Chris actually enjoyed himself!

Sunday we were driving home from church listening to The Sounds of Sunday. There was a song on about a son singing about his dad. I was utterly frustrated with the car in front of me. While I was muttering "Oh good grief just MOVE already" he was singing on the radio "I have my Dad" and then I hear Korbyn right behind me sing "I have my mom!" Made me smile! He's so cute... I just love the little guy!!! It's good to know one of them appreciate me.

Baseball has finally ended! Yay! Kevin is such a trooper. He got hit with the ball 3 times this year. The first time was in the soft spot (in between the ribs and hips), the second time was in the thigh, and the third well......

He was supposed to get his braces off this month but the dumb ball pushed back one of the front teeth so he has to have them on another month. I have to say he's a champ though. Every time he got hit he sucked it up and kept playing. Way to go buddy! You're awesome!

I finally relented and let Joe buy season passes to Lagoon this year. He absolutely loves the place and he's crazy enough to ride all the rides. He was so excited this year because he was so sure Kailey was going to be his ride partner (Kevin and I are both chickens). She went on the Spider with him one time and cried through the whole thing. Poor Joe. We had fun even though the weather stunk and we only spent 3 hours there for our first trip down.

Kyson has been crawling for about a month now and he's already trying to walk. He pulls up to everything. So sad that they have to grow up. At least he's not talking back to me yet, right?! Okay I realize it's been a while. Honestly I haven't had time to post anything in between dance, scouts, soccer, baseball, and school. Kailey is officially done with dance for the summer. She had a super cute finale. They did a ballet number and then tap. Her favorite part about the whole thing was that she got to wear make-up. I think I'm in trouble when she gets older!

She's also a super star at soccer! She's an awesome goaly and very aggressive when she's playing forward. It's good to know that she does NOT posses my lack of sports talent.

And she is officially a first grader! I can't believe she's big enough now! She is soooo excited to eat lunch at school next year (weird I know).

On to Kevin. He has been plugging along in both soccer and baseball. He refused to give up either one when we found out they were at exactly the same time this year. He is now in Little League. It's crazy but they draft the poor little kids. They had tryouts and the coaches chose the ones they wanted. Kevin got onto the Twins and has loved it.

He has decided that he just want to play soccer next year though. I figured that would be more his pace. The kids LOVES to run and he's really good at it.

Kevin has moved on to the 4th grade. He is growing up way to fast!

Hey better late than never right?! We had our big Easter Egg hunt with all the Brown cousins on Saturday. The kids had a great time. They love finding the big egg that has there name on it and also the fact that Grandma puts money in most of the other eggs. This was Kevin's first year in the "big kid" side of the lawn. He had a tough time finding eggs but he did great!

I have officially lost my mind. No, no it's true I had it up until this last month. It's the only explanation for the schedule I have put myself into. On top of dance and scouts I have signed my kids up for soccer and little league (Kevin--I can't believe he's old enough to be in little league). So now I have soccer practice and dance on the same night, scouts and soccer games on the same night, plus another soccer practice and another game. That's all before we even know what the baseball schedule is going to be. See I told you I've lost my mind! I can't even handle 1 kid in 1 thing so wish me luck. On the plus side they look super fantastic in there soccer uniforms. (I can always see the upside of things :-) ).

And yes Kailey is all girl...she had to have pink shin guards and cleats with pink in them even though her team is yellow. I'm so proud!

Apparently, Kailey doesn't feel the same as I do. This morning I came out and found this....

This month for pack meeting Kevin's scout group decided to do something a little different. Instead of having a pinewood derby they had a space derby. They each got to make there own spaceship. Kevin made his a pencil.

I loved it and thought he was pretty creative. There was one other kid who made a pencil too. Luckily they were different. Here's some pictures of the fun. I personally think all the dads had way more fun than any of the actual scouts!

Kevin absolutely knows he is THE coolest 9 year old alive right now. Since he's had the expander in for a couple of weeks we can now successfully drive a bus between the space in his front teeth. The orthodontist took pity on him today and put in a couple of braces to close the space. They are only on the front 2 teeth and will only be on for a couple of weeks but I can't seem to convince him that they aren't really braces. Oh well, I guess if he's happy right?!?

Have you ever had the feeling that when you walk into the dentist office and they look at your kids teeth the dentist just sees dollar signs? I absolutely know that is what our orthodontist sees every time poor Kevin comes in the door. Don't get me wrong he had beautiful baby teeth but, from the very moment his big teeth started to come in we knew we were in for a lot of dentist visits. Kevin is lucky enough to have a cross bite. It just means his top teeth don't line up with his bottom teeth. The way to fix it is to make the roof of his mouth wider. They have to install this fancy gadget called....wait for it......an expander (genius I know). I was much more emotional about the stupid thing than Kevin was. You see we have to turn it with a "key" every day to make it widen his mouth and i'm the sorry sap that has to do it! I've never had any orthodontic work done so I thought for sure it was going to cause him pain. I'm not the kind of mom who willing wants to cause my kids pain. I wanted to cry when they made me do it in the office. Kevin loves it though. He has assured me that it doesn't hurt him and he gets to talk funny for a while so he thinks it's super cool. A you can see he's pretty happy about it.

Korbyn has recently decided to give up naps, a sad day for Mommy. I guess now that he's potty trained he thinks he's big enough to stay up all day like the rest of us. As a result he falls asleep at random times during the day in some pretty great places. I don't have pictures downloaded yet but he fell asleep in the seat of the shopping cart at Walmart. Daddy had to hold his head up with his hands. The other day he was watching for the bus and fell asleep in the chair. He was NOT happy that I was taking pictures!

Yesterday I started potty training Korbyn. After going through 5 pairs of underwear before 10:00 a.m. I was ready to throw in the towel. I don't remember it being this hard with the older 2. Through out the day he successfully peed on the living room floor twice, the kitchen floor once, a kitchen chair once and to top it all off (warning for anyone wanting to visit my house before we replace carpet) he pooped on the living room floor. He didn't get it into the toilet once the entire day! The day ended on a high note though he actually peed on the toilet right before I put his diaper on for bed! So far this morning he has only peed on the floor once and since he isn't wearing underwear he has actually peed in the toilet several times! Good thing I didn't give up....right...

Squirt update

Since I haven't said anything lately about the youngest Brownie here's an update. He's going to be 5 months on Sunday the 21st. Boy it goes by fast! He's rolling over (both ways).

We have dabbled in food. He's had a couple bites of cereal and I let him chew on a biter biscuit. He seemed to enjoy it.

He's mostly sleeping through the night (yay)! In general he's getting to be quite a joy for us! We sure do love him!

Ok so all the people who know me know that I don't do anything medical. I absolutley don't like blood, needles, all the touching, pretty much anything yucky. So far in my 9 years of mommydom i've been blessed to have kids who understand that. I've only had to deal with the minor stuff---some scrapes, cuts, bruises, immunizations----pretty much all the stuff that has little or no blood. Well, that is untill tonight. I guess when my kids had the meeting about what not to do Korbyn wasn't listening. He was playing downstairs (very happily) when I heard a cry. All moms can tell the difference between the cry that means my big sister is bugging me and one that means i'm in pain. This one was an owy :^( Me being the overly concerned mom yelled down the stairs "what happened". Kailey informed me that he poked his eye, nothing to serious right. I decided by the volume of cries I had better go down there and make sure he still had an eye. It turns out his poke was really a slice right below his eye. The first thing that went through my mind was "of course this has to happen when Joe is at work". I know super sensitive huh. My mommy gene kicked in after that and I very gently carried him upstairs and held a cold wash cloth on it so I could assess the damage. After looking at it and thinking it probably needed stitches I called the ever convient doctor of the neighborhood. He zoomed right over to check it out and told me yes in the very least it needed to be glued shut. Thank you Joseph :^) I hauled him in to the doc where they glued it closed and put a sterile strip on it and sent us home. Ok the drive home wasn't even 5 minutes and when I got out of the car and opened the door to get him out this is what I found....

Anyone who has had or has a 2 year old right now knows that you CANNOT put something on there face. They will pick it off. It still looks closed so I didn't know what else to do so I took some pictures and put him to bed. He was such a good boy at the doctor and Kyson was screaming his head off because he was hungry and tired. Ya he looks pretty proud of himself huh :^)

The saddest part of all of this is....he was done in by one of his 2 most favorite things.....cars and messes......

I'm certain it was one of these two piles of his stuff that he tripped over. Oh well all's well that ends well right?

Wow I can't believe I have a 9 year old!!!! He's getting so big. We celebrated his birthday at home with Grandma and Grandpa Brown and the ever present Uncle Chris (we love you). Kevin chose his favorite dinner---homemade crepes and for desert a from the box jell-o cheesecake. I wanted to make a real cheesecake but he wasn't to sure about the cooking part. I assured him it would be delicious but he wouldn't budge. He's going to have a party with his friends the first weekend in February, i'll post pictures of it later.

This weekend (January 22-23rd) I got to do something I have NEVER been able to do.....I went to Boise without any kiddos! I know, I know I was pretty shocked too. I've been pretty burnt out lately with everything and my wonderful Hubby told me to go spend some time with my good friend Amy. After I confirmed it was ok with her I didn't give him a chance to change his mind. We had a ton of fun staying up super late, scrapbooking, being silly and laughing alot!! Her husband was also awesome taking up mommy duty so she could entertain me! Thanks Andrew!!! And thank you Amy for rescuing a friend in need! I came home a much happier and better mommy!

Not in the real sense silly---in Scouts. He earned his Wolf badge 1 week before his birthday this year. His scout leaders gave it to him at the pack meeting on the 21st. He's really excited since all his other friends are already Bears.

This is his Wolf leader (Jaylene) passing him off to his new Bear leader (Michelle).

Since it was Pack meeting we also got to have some fun. It was a obstacle course and all the kids (and some adults) really got into it.

This is the legendary Mike Brown (our Elders Quorum President) hula hooping. Joe did it to but he had the camera so I wasn't able to get any pictures of it, but i'm sure you can use your imaginations......yep that's probably about right :^).

Sledding

This was Korbyn's first time sledding down Grandpa Brown's big snow hill. I thought he would be out for 5 minutes and that would be the end of that. After 1 1/2 hours (and a very tired Daddy) we had to drag him kicking and screaming into the house! They sledded untill it was to dark to see and then they came in for some much needed hot chocolate and dinner. January 18th 2010.

We finally blessed Kyson the Sunday after Christmas. We were waiting for all of the Brown brothers to be here to help do it. I think he looked adorable in his little suit. We didn't do a party at our house after because we had the Grant Christmas party right after church. Here's a couple of pictures.

This year was a fun year. It was the first one that Korbyn was able to enjoy. He still didn't get why he got free toys, but he had fun unwrapping them! We started out the holiday by celebrating Christmas Eve with my family. We had a yummy dinner and opened presents from Grandma and Grandpa Lott.

The next day was for our family (and of course Uncle Chris). He always celebrates Christmas with us. It's the only way he celebrates. I guess Santa doesn't visit single guys at there house. The saddest part was Korbyn didn't feel well at all so he realy didn't do much. The poor guy ended up on the couch in his new snuggie fast asleep for a good part of the day.

The day after Christmas was the Brown's Christmas party. Grandma always makes jammies for all the grandkids. There are 20 of them now (with one more on the way in Feb). So it keeps her crazy busy. After the kids opened there gifts from there cousins and Grandparents we had a yummy soup dinner and played games. We love Christmas and we are trying to show our kids the true meaning (not just the gift getting part). They are so sweet and love to help us in our Christmas activities!

We had our ward Christmas party on Saturday. We had some yummy food and got to listen to the primary sing some beautiful songs. Most important (to the kids at least) Santa showed up!!!! Surprisingly enough I had to beg and drag Kailey to sit on his lap. Completely out of character for her. Usually she is the first one to ham it up for a stranger. She was kinda mad at me but I still got a picture out of her. She asked for a diamond styler for her hair. Ask me later and I'll explain what that is.

Kevin had no problem climbing on Santa's lap once his friend Zach said he would do it. He asked for lego's (no surprise there).

Korbyn didn't have a problem either. He just wanted the candy canes that Santa was giving out. Once he got his he promptly ate it plastic and all.

Kyson was a good sport also. As long as he couldn't see Santa he did great. I'm pretty sure he asked for lots more sleep for mommy. What a sweet boy.

Kailey has been taking a dance class that is ballet and tap for the last couple of months. She just had her first recital. It was super cute. Her teacher had them perform for the Fairwinds Retirement Home. The Grandmas and Grandpas loved every minute of it! I have to say Kailey was the cutest little girl there!!!! (then again i'm pretty biased).

He packs him around and loves him, I even caught him changing his diaper :^) You know it's love when a boy will do that! Then he helped him with his tummy time. He thought for sure I was torturing poor little Kyson so he had to make sure he was OK. Too cute.....

Thanksgiving

To say the least our Thanksgiving was a special treat! First of all, I had surgery on Monday the 23rd to have a hernia repaired. I really thought I would be up and bouncing around in 2 days--boy was I wrong. It hurt like ---- (you fill in the blanks). Joe was such a good husband though. He took most of the week off and his mom came and helped a ton (thank you mom). So, for Thanksgiving I stayed home while Joe took the kids to his parents house for dinner. That night practically the whole family got a stomach virus. Most of Joe's family was taken out by the darn thing. What a nice way to end a really big meal, right. I didn't even go to the dinner and I was throwing up Friday night (not something you want to do with a big cut in your stomach). Joe got sick Thursday and throwing up Friday morning but still went and worked a 14 hour day. What a trooper. He's pretty convinced he's tougher than the rest of us. The only ones to make it out of the mess were Joe's oldest brother's family.
Now we can put that fun memory aside and move on to (hopefully) a better and healthier Christmas!

The best part of Halloween is picking out the perfect pumpkin & getting to carve it into the perfect face. Getting to play in the goop is also fun!!!

After all that we got to celebrate the candy getting part of Halloween. This year Kevin was a storm trooper, Kailey was a mouse (she kept saying she was a rat), Korbyn was a bat, & Kyson was a little monster (very fitting)....

We went around the neighborhood and got tons of candy. This was the first year Korbyn was excited about it all. I pushed him around in his car and he ate the suckers people gave him.

While we were out collecting candy, Daddy and Kyson stayed home and watched football and handed out candy. This is how Kyson spent the night....

Korbyn turned 2 on Thursday!!!! I can't believe my little boy is 2 already! We love him so much and he's such a good boy. He got a book from G & G Brown, a tractor from G Lott & we gave him Rocky the smart talking truck & Spike Jr. He's a dinasour that walks and Korbyn is scared to death of him :-( When he first started moving he screamed and screamed. Our computer is still not letting us download picts so I don't have any way to share them right now.

This month has been such a crazy month for us. So much has been going on i've gotten behind on it all. First of all, at the beginning of the month Kailey started her dance class. It's a combo ballet/tap class. She's more excited about the ballet part but she thinks the tap part is fun too!

Kevin started flag football for the "Y" this month too. His team is green again this year and they are called the Vipers again too. They really like that name! His coach is awesome (his name is Bob). They are doing amazingly well. They have only lost 2 games so far and they only have 3 more to play. Kevin is loving it and he wants it to last forever.

Korbyn is doing well also. He's getting ready to turn 2 and boy is he 2 :-) He's a good boy!

Kyson Robert Brown!!!!!
He finally made it into this world at 2:25 p.m. September 21, 2009. He weighed in at an amazingly small 7 lb 12 oz and was only 19 3/4 in long. We thought for sure he would be at least as big as his brother Korbyn (who was 9 lbs) but, it turns out he's our little runt. My friend Amy from Boise came all the way to I.F. just to take picts of our new little bundle the day he was born. I love her!!!! Here are the results....

She's an amazing photographer!! We brought him home on Tues. and we are all doing wonderful. The kids love him & can't get enough of him! I will post more picts later!!!

We have always taken Kailey to Grandma Brown for haircuts and she does an awesome job. But, Kailey just recently decided she wanted to grow her bangs out and the best way to do that was to have all of her hair grow out together. I decided I would take her in for her very 1st salon experience. Needless to say she loved it!

Saturday (the 8th) Joe and I got to go to a Murder Mystery Masquerade Ball. My character was a super fan of an actor/singer named Jon Volta, and Joe was a French Personal Banker! We ate a yummy dinner of prime rib and had a blast. Everybody thought Joe was the murderer but it turned out to be a chef. Here are some pictures of our costumes!

After over a year of begging us and promising to take great care of them Joe caved and let Kailey get her ears pierced. We were at the mall getting new shoes for Kevin and Kailey was looking at the earrings saying "they are so pretty, I can't wait until I can wear them". I bought the shoes and found Joe and asked him if we should just get them pierced and he said "Whatever". So, we headed down to Claire's to get the deed done. There was only one lady working and I explained to Kailey that it would hurt and if she got one side done she had to get the other done too. She was totally confident that she could do it. She bravely sat as the lady cleaned her ears and drew dots on them and even after she pierced the first one Kailey persevered. She didn't start crying until after the second one was done but one look in the mirror she claimed it was all worth it because she was pretty! What a brave girl! She is already taking the saying "It hurts to be beautiful" literally!

Summer (finally)!

After having a freak hail storm last night we finally had a beautiful summer day. The kids have been wanting to swim in the pool but the weather in a word stinks. It has done nothing but rain and the wind has blown and it's been cold. We are getting April weather and it's June. Not fun. The kids were so excited to finally be able to swim in the pool!!!

After a ton of begging, pleading, and then giving up (on my part) Kailey has successfully learned to ride her 2-wheeler big girl bike. She was quite attached to her training wheel bike (which is waaaaay to small for her) and refused to ride her new bike. She kept saying she was to young even though she has several friends younger than her not using training wheels. Today (June 26th) we were going to give in and put the training wheels on her new bike. Kailey came running into the house super excited and said we needed to come and see something. We went outside and this is what we saw.

She did it all by herself with absolutely no help from us!!! Way to go Kailey!!! We love you!!!

Daddy's Birthday!!!

Our wonderful Daddy turned 33 on the 19th. After he worked the morning we spent the day doing Daddy fun things. We got him a yummy strawberry rhubarb pie and took him to dinner at Stockman's Steakhouse. In the middle of all that we went to the Tauphas Park Funland and rode some rides and played miniature golf!! We go there every year because it's one of Daddy's favorite things to do.

Joe finally got a weekend of June 12-14th so we decided to take a trip to see our friends in Boise. We got to spend one day with the Heath's and had a ton of laughs and fun. Then we spent the next day with the Bartram's and did it all over again. The kids were exhausted from staying up so late every night and playing like crazy all day, but I have to say it was totally worth it!!!! We miss our Boise families! Love you guys!!!Big kid Drew!

Kevin played machine pitch baseball this year. His team was called the Red Bulls. It was fun he really enjoyed it. To our suprise he was really good. It's the first time he's ever played any kind of baseball (he skipped T-ball) so we were a little worried that it wasn't going to go so well but he suprised us. We got rained out of quite a few games so we had a lot of make-up Saturday games. This is his first game. We were rained out after a half hour (so sad).

Well, it's official. As of The 18th Kailey is no longer a pre-schooler. Today was her last day forever! Her teacher had the cutest graduation ever. Kailey was super cute and she is so excited to finally be a kindergartner!

Afterward Grandma Lott treated us to ice cream at Baskin Robins. A supper yummy treat to end a supper day. Congratulations Kailey! I love you!

BOY!!!!!!!! Yep that's right baby #4 at our house is going to be another boy!!! We are totally excited about it. Even Kailey said she was ok with being the only princess in the house. We are due September 28 (which also happens to be Kailey's 6th birthday). We can't wait to meet the little guy!!

Today we got to go to Kevin's school program! It was soooo cute. I think Kevin was the most enthusiastic dancer in the whole bunch. He really got into it. At the end they did a song in sign language with white gloves, they turned out the lights and used black lights so all you could see were there hands, it was very cool. They did a great job.
